Yes, our condo includes private beach access on Lake Bellaire, and there are several other beaches nearby as well. Elk Rapids Municipal, and the south end of Torch Lake are a couple of nice ones.

It's pretty quiet on property, but you can go to Traverse City, Downtown Bellaire, or Turtle Creek Casino for evening fun year round.

No, but there are nice grills at the private beach for your enjoyment.
